AMVETS Post #0770 - Sons of AMVETS

 

Credentials: To join the Sons of AMVETS you must be a male relative of an eligible member of AMVETS: husband, widower, father, grandfather, grandson, or brother not less than 18 years old.

 

Cost: Annual Membership is $45 or a Lifetime Membership is $300.

 

How to Join:

Complete the downloadable application form.

 

Bring Affiliated Veteran’s copy of DD214 (If the Veteran is deceased a copy of the Death Certificate is also necessary).

 

Bring all required documents to AMVETS Post #0770 with appropriate payment.

 

Attend a Sons of AMVETS Membership meeting within 60 days of submitting completed application.

 

Meetings are held on the First Monday of each month @ 6:00 p.m.

 

 

 

 

 

Special Instructions:

 

All applications will be charged an additional $5 for an automatic Door Entry Card.

 

Acceptable form of Payment: Cash, Check, or Money Order

 

**Applicants must make special arrangements to be sworn in if they are unable to attend a regularly scheduled meeting.
